Police identified assets worth more than 105 crores of close relatives of Irfan Solanki
Kanpur, 25 January (Hindustan). Under the Gangster Act, preparations have been made to confiscate the property of SP MLA Irfan Solanki and his close ones. Till now the police has identified more than 105 crore assets. The police have sent notices to the people living in about 150 flats of Hamraj Construction and have sought information about the registry.
Police has sent a notice to the residents of Hamraj Construction located in Jajmau Defense Colony asking for a photo copy of the registry. Gangster Act action has been taken against Irfan, his brother Rizwan, SP leader’s father Shaukat Ali, history sheeter Israel Atte Wala and Mohammad Sharif.
Out of 150, so far 11 people have handed over the copy of the registry to the police, while four people told that the entire money for the flat has been given to the builder but the registry has not been done. In this regard, SP MLA’s advocate Gaurav Dixit says that Hamraj has nothing to do with the Gangster Act. At the same time, the inspector has not stamped the notice issued to the people, nor has he written his mobile number in full. It is also not mentioned under which section the notice has been given.
Philkhana Inspector Sunil Kumar, who is investigating the matter, said that till now the police has identified the property worth more than 105 crores. A photo copy of the registry of the flat has been demanded from the residents of 150 flats built by Hamraj Construction located at Plot No. 569, Defense Colony, Jajmau. Till late night on Tuesday, 15 people reached Vivechak and gave information about their documents.
