PM has popularized Yoga all over the world: Saroj

Lucknow, May 13 (H.S.). Under the special public relations program organized by the Regional Public Relations Bureau, Lucknow, a unit of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, on Friday, a seminar, yoga practice and cultural program were organized by MPB. Public School Malihabad, Lucknow. Through this program people were told about the role of Yoga in the life of common man.

Addressing the children, Chief Guest Member Legislative Council Ramchandra Singh Pradhan said that the Prime Minister has inspired not only Indians but the whole world to do yoga. India can become a world guru through yoga. He said that the sages of our country lived for 500 years through yoga. Not only physical but mental disorders are also removed by yoga. He said that if you want to become like the Chief Minister of the state, Yogi Adityanath, then do yoga.

Addressing the program, Additional Director General of Doordarshan R. P. Saroj said that due to the untiring efforts of the Prime Minister, yoga is being done in every house of the country today. Citizens can stay away from diseases through yoga. He said that today India is guiding the whole world through yoga.

Manoj Verma, Joint Director, Regional Public Relations Bureau said that every Indian should actively participate in International Yoga Day-2022. He said that on June 21, his department would celebrate International Yoga Day in rural areas. Addressing the program, Senior Accountant Shivtosh said that the word Yoga means to connect people, therefore it is very important to do yoga to connect with people and the world. The program outline and planning was prepared by Laxman Sharma of Public Relations Bureau. Rajendra Vishwakarma conducted the program.
