PM Modi to pay homage in front of Mahaparinirvana Stupa in Kushinagar on Buddha Jayanti

Kushinagar, May 14 (H.S.). On May 16, on the 2566th birth anniversary of Lord Gautam Buddha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is coming to the Mahaparinirvana site, will perform a 10-minute worship in front of the Mahaparinirvana Stupa (crowning chaitya) symbolizing the funeral site of Buddha. The minute-to-minute program of the Prime Minister has arrived. The district administration is making preparations accordingly.

According to the program, the Prime Minister will leave for Kushinagar Airport from Delhi Airport by special Air Force aircraft at 8:00 am. His plane will land at Kushinagar International Airport at 9:20 am. After stopping for 5 minutes, at 9:25, he will leave for Lumbini (birthplace of Lord Buddha) in Nepal by an Air Force helicopter. After participating in various programs there, Prime Minister Modi will again leave for Kushinagar. He will reach Kushinagar International Airport at 4:05 pm. By road at 4:10 he will reach Kushinagar Mahaparinirvana Stupa Ramabhar at 4:20. After doing darshan, worship, archana for 10 minutes, he will again leave for airport from Kushinagar by road at 4:35. His convoy will reach Kushinagar airport at 4:45. The Prime Minister will leave for Lucknow at 4:50 am.
