Noida abuser Shrikant Tyagi has not got bail at present
Prayagraj, 23 September (H.S.). The Allahabad High Court has not yet granted bail to Noida’s alleged abuser Shrikant Tyagi in the FIR registered under gangster. The reply has been sought from the state government in three weeks on the bail application. The hearing of the application will take place on October 17.
Justice Mayank Jain has given this order on the bail application of Shrikant Tyagi. Shrikant Tyagi had filed a bail application in the High Court in the case registered under Gangster. In 3 cases, bail has already been obtained from the sessions court. An FIR has been lodged on the allegation of misbehavior with a woman.
Senior Advocate GS Chaturvedi and Advocate Amrita Rai Mishra presented the petitioner’s side in the petition. The matter was debated on 22 September. But the court has not given any relief to the petitioner at present and has sought a response from the government in this matter in three weeks.
