Along with this, children suffering from viral, dehydration, infection in the pediatric department are reaching the district hospital in large numbers. In the outbreak of heat, it can be gauged from the fact that more than 1500 patients are getting prescriptions in OPD every day in the district hospital.
The temperature has been increasing continuously since the beginning of May. Due to the rising temperature, the outbreak of viral infection is also spreading rapidly among the people. In this changing season, the biggest impact is visible on the health of the people. Due to this, the number of patients suffering from vomiting and diarrhea is increasing continuously. Patients of persistent vomiting, diarrhea are reaching for medical treatment in Ursala District Hospital of the district. Here the OPD is getting crowded daily. Talking about the number of patients, these days 1500 to 1600 pamphlets are being made to show the patients in OPD. In normal days, only 700 pamphlets were made here. There are long lines outside the OPD of doctors to see more than double the patients. Patients are being advised by the doctors to go out in the scorching heat on an empty stomach and drink enough water.
Physician Doctor Gautam Jain told that in the summer days, eat fresh food, drink more water, take green vegetables and fresh fruits in the food. Avoid overeating at night and a balanced and balanced diet is beneficial for health. On complaints of vomiting, diarrhea, contact the doctor immediately and stay healthy and healthy by taking medicines.
The number of pediatric patients also increased
The outbreak of heat is being seen in children too. Children suffering from viral and dehydration are coming to the pediatric department of the district hospital. Children are being advised by doctors not to go out in the sun along with giving ORS solution. There has been a huge increase in the number of sick children in the district hospital. Here three to four hundred children’s pamphlets are being made every day.
Pediatric doctor B.C. Pal of the district hospital said that in the changing season, along with vomiting, diarrhea, viral and dehydration patients are increasing in children. Therefore, parents need to be careful with their children. To avoid water shortage in children, keep giving them ORS solution. In children, along with abdominal pain, fever, cold etc., give medicines after consulting doctors as soon as other symptoms appear. Dr Pal says that by taking care of the health of children in the rising heat, one can keep them healthy.
7 member committee constituted in district hospital for better treatment
A 7-member committee was formed under the chairmanship of the Chief Medical Superintendent in Ursala Hospital, to provide all the facilities to the patients coming to the hospital as per the intention of the government, to stop the entry of outsiders/brokers in the hospital and with outside medicines. He will take concrete action on the points of stopping unauthorized money transactions and misbehavior with patients etc.
Chief Medical Superintendent Dr Anil Nigam said on Saturday that the members of the committee regularly inspect the hospital so that the patients are not inconvenienced in any way from time to time. Monitoring is done to ensure that patients get better treatment. This report is being prepared and sent to the government.
