Fatehpur, June 22 (H.S.). A three-day food processing awareness camp was launched by the Government Community Fruit Preservation and Training Center in the district on Wednesday. In the camp, the trainees were informed about making a living by making pickles, marmalade, jam, jelly.

Pen, book, pad were distributed to the trainees by Camp Main BDC. Malvika Singh told the trainees how to make pickles, marmalade, jam, jelly and informed that you can earn your living. He said that by consuming pure nutritious food, you and your family’s health will be fine.

Fruit Conservation Center in-charge Amrit Lal said that under this scheme, entrepreneurs can take a grant of one lakh rupees on machine equipment by the government for setting up industries related to food processing. Shivlal Kumar did experimental work and showed it by making jam.

In this training camp, secretary of Urmila Social Public Welfare Service Committee, Anuj Kumar Srivastava, Shakuntala attendant and others were present.
