Exporters of Uttar Pradesh are getting help for participation in foreign fair – Umesh Chandra
Lucknow, May 14 (H.S.). Umesh Chandra, Deputy Commissioner, who is looking after the additional charge of Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Council, said that the UP Export Promotion Council is fully cooperating in the export work of small and big traders of Uttar Pradesh. The exporters of the state are being given maximum help for participation in foreign fairs.
The Deputy Commissioner said that Uttar Pradesh holds its own place in the country. Many items are manufactured in Uttar Pradesh, which are in demand abroad. Due to this, the people of Uttar Pradesh should also participate in the fairs held in other countries, the council is always ready to help them.
He said that fairs are held both in the country and abroad. The councils help in getting the stalls of the traders of their state for the fairs held abroad. Also, some part of the fixed price in the stall rate is provided as a help. Financial assistance is also given for travel expenses. So that there is no economic problem in going abroad.
In response to a question, he said that there have been many fairs like multiproduct in China, carpet in Germany. It is always necessary to keep the documents in order to come to the fair, we also help in this. Fairs held abroad have been affected due to Kovid for some time. Now if the fairs will start again in normal condition, then the UP Export Promotion Council will be seen helping the traders to make their state strong.
