Hardoi, June 22 (His) The state government is giving pension at the rate of Rs 1000 per month to 58 lakh old people, 31 lakh destitute women, more than 11 lakh disabled persons. All these eligible beneficiaries are such men, women, disabled people of the society whom the family members consider as a burden. The Chief Minister has enabled these sections of the society to live with self respect by giving them an annual pension of Rs 12000. Today, the beneficiaries of farmer/old age pension, destitute women pension and handicapped pension are living high in the society and are praising the state government.

With the aim of providing financial assistance for arranging for the maintenance, education, medical etc. of the children who were orphaned due to the Kovid-19 epidemic in the state, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the state called “U.P. Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana” has been started, in which children from the age of zero to 18 years whose parents or both parents have died due to Kovid, Rs 4000 per month has been given for the maintenance and education of such children. He is going. Rs 1,01,000 is being given for marriage on the girl child attaining majority. So far, 11049 children have been given financial assistance in the state. Similarly, the children who have lost their parents due to reasons other than Kovid during the Corona period are also given to UP. Under the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (General), an assistance of Rs 2500 per month is being given. So far 5284 children have been identified and benefitted in the state.

Free wheat, rice food grains as well as iodised salt, gram, pulses, soap, refined, edible oil are being distributed to 15 crore Antyodaya and eligible household ration card holders of the state. Apart from this, 3 crore laborers have been given an allowance of Rs 500 per month and 98 lakh citizens have been given an allowance of Rs 1000 per month till March 2022. Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country to provide free domestic cooking gas connections to 1.67 crore women under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, roof has been provided to 42.50 lakh people in rural and urban areas and 1.02 lakh families under the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, 2.61 crore individual toilets were constructed, which is the first in the country. 10 crore people have been benefited under this scheme. Under the Saubhagya scheme, free electricity connections have been given to the poor of the state in 1.41 crore houses. The state government is supplying pure piped drinking water to 4.67 crore households under the ‘Har Ghar Nal’ scheme.
