Jhansi, 24 January (HS). In order of Road Safety Month 2023, under the joint aegis of Divisional Transport and Traffic Department, an awareness program was organized on Tuesday in the Jacob High School auditorium located in Sipri Bazar.

In the program, ADG Kanpur Zone Alok Singh said that everyone should follow the traffic rules, for this all the small children of the school should start a non-cooperation movement. Through this, children will insist on their parents that until you use helmet and seat belt, we will not sit in the car. On the matter of ADG Kanpur Zone, the school children present said that non-cooperation movement will be launched soon, in which parents and other drivers will also be made aware.

On this occasion, TI Jagdamba Prasad gave detailed information about road safety rules and various helpline numbers to the children. TSI KK Sharma explained in detail about traffic signals and zebra crossing etc.

In the end, program coordinator Pragati Sharma honored the stage guests by presenting mementos and also administered oath to all the children to follow the rules of road safety. The operation of the program was expressed by Traffic Warden Deepshikha Sharma and School Manager Samsung Jacob. Sunil Kumar, Dheeraj Kumar, Deepa Sabrwal, N Khan, Satish Sharma, Vivek Sagar, Hemendra etc. college staff and a large number of students were present on the said occasion.
