ASCI has decided to consider the complaint. In addition, members of the Consumer Complaints Committee (CCC) met representatives of the company that created the advertisement and viewed the advertisement. ASCI acknowledges that this is a violation of the Advertising Rules. The company has been directed to remove or replace the advertisement by April 20.
