Virat Kohli hasn’t scored a century in all three formats of international cricket in two years. All cricket fans and experts are expecting good form from Kohli. Many cricket legends have commented on Virat Kohli’s poor form. Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif of The name has also been added. But Latif has given a strange statement about Kohli’s poor form.

Former Pakistan cricketer Rashid Latif believes that Kohli can be blamed for this poor form by former coach Ravi Fighting because of Shastri. Latif said this on a YouTube channel. Actually, Ravi Shastri had advised Kohli to take a break due to his poor form. Former Pakistan wicketkeeper Better was asked about this.

Ravi Shastri had nothing to do with coaching

In response to this question, Rashid Latif said, “All this has happened because of him (Ravi Shastri).’ On this, Latif further said, ‘In 2019, you will replace a player like Anil Kumble and coach Ravi Shastri. I don’t know if he believed it or not. He (Ravi Shastri) was working as a commentator. He had nothing to do with coaching.

Rashid Latif said, ‘I don’t think anyone other than Virat Kohli will have a role to play in bringing in Ravi Shastri. But now the bet has turned upside down. Had he (Ravi Shastri) not become the coach, he (Kohli) would not have been in bad form.

In 2017, Ravi Shastri was made the full-time coach

Let us tell you that Ravi Shastri first joined Team India in 2014 as a director. During this his tenure was till the T20 World Cup 2016. After this, Anil Kumble was made the coach for a year. After the Indian team’s defeat in the Champions Trophy final in 2017, Ravi Shastri was appointed as the full-time coach. India won two test series in Australia under the leadership of Ravi Shastri.

Under the tutelage of Ravi Shastri, Team India entered the final of the World Test Championship. However, India have yet to win an ICC tournament under Shastri’s coaching. Due to which there is displeasure in BCCI. However, Ravi Shastri was not ready to extend his coaching contract. As a coach, Shastri shares a good relationship with skipper Virat Kohli.
