ICC T20 Rankings: Suryakumar Yadav’s big jump, Babar Azam’s No. 1 in danger

Mumbai: India’s star batsman Suryakumar Yadav has made a big jump in the ICC T20 rankings. He is now very close to being the number one batsman. The 31-year-old right-handed batsman, who made his T20 debut a year ago, has now moved up to the second spot. He is now just two points behind Pakistan captain Babar Azam.

He has benefited from his recent performances in the ICC rankings. The Indian batsman, who scored a century against England in Nottingham, also played a match-winning innings in the third T20 match against West Indies. In this match, he opened the innings and scored 76 runs in 44 balls.
