He also scored a double century in ODIs this year, but Gill’s bat has remained silent in the current series against Australia. No big innings has come from Gill’s bat in both the matches played so far.
In the first match played against Australia at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, runs did not come off his bat. This right-handed batsman was dismissed after scoring 20 runs.
