When will Ramadan start, on 22nd or 23rd March?

It is believed in the Muslim community that when the moon is sighted at the end of the month of Sha’ban, the holy month of Ramadan begins the next day. This year, if there are 29 days in the month of Sha’ban, then the first fast will be observed on March 22, but if the moon is not sighted on March 22, then Ramadan will start from March 23 and the first fast will be observed on March 22. 23.
