Makhana Dry Fruit Namkeen Recipe –
Makhana – 100 grams
Cashew nuts – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Melon seeds – 1/2 cup
Raisins – 1 cup
Peanuts – 1 cup
Black pepper – 1 tsp
rock salt flavor
Almonds – 1 cup
Thin and long coconut pieces – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 7-8
Green chili – 3
Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
Desi Ghee – 3 tbsp

 

How to make Makhana Dry Fruit Namkeen?

1. First of all take a wok and put desi ghee in it and now add peanuts and fry on low flame and take them out in a bowl.

2. In the same pan, roast almonds, cashews and melons on low flame and take them out in a plate.

3. Now fry the raisins for a few seconds, then fry the coconut pieces as well and then take them out in a bowl.

4. Now put ghee in the same pan, add green chilies, curry leaves and after few seconds add butter and fry.

5. After frying the butter, fry all the dry fruits again in the same pan.

6. Now add red chili, rock salt, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds to this mixture and mix.

7. Take out all this mixture in a plate and eat it.
