According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain, lightning and thunderstorms at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour in Delhi and surrounding areas for the next two days.
The Meteorological Department tweeted on Sunday and informed about hailstorm in some areas of Delhi and Kabirdham in Chhattisgarh. According to the report of the Meteorological Department, rain with strong thunderstorms has been seen in Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Vidarbha, Jharkhand and West Bengal.

The country’s capital Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 15.4 degrees Celsius on Sunday. It was well below normal. During this, the humidity has been recorded at 94 percent.

A day earlier i.e. on Saturday, there was rain and hailstorm in some areas of Delhi. After which a drop of up to 5 degrees was observed in the temperature here. This is the lowest temperature of this month. The department has recorded 8.4 mm of rain in Delhi’s Ayanagar, while 3.3 mm in Palam and 3 mm in Lodhi Road have been recorded.
