Vadodara News : Vadodara A case of land grab has been registered against six including a retired DSP’s brother, sister-in-law, nephew and two nieces. A case of land grab has been registered against six people who illegally occupied the land of Sherkhi village. According to which land worth lakhs of rupees has been sold repeatedly. Taluka police is taking action in the whole matter.

Mayank Patel, Himanshu Patel, Pisit Patel and Nilay Patel jointly own about 18 bighas of land in Sherkhi. Naveen Patel had made a document by wrongly using Mayank Patel’s entire face. Sanjay Kanubhai Patel has lodged a complaint with the taluka police in connection with land grab. Police arrested Naveen Patel. The investigation of the entire matter has been handed over to the DSP.

Wife wrote on her hand that her husband is harassing her and eating

In Surat, a wife hanged herself by writing on the palm of her hand that her husband was harassing her. The wife of a rickshaw puller living in Geetanagar near Limbayat Choryasi Dairy in Surat committed suicide by hanging herself with a dupatta in the room.

Limbayat, originally from Jharkhand, lives with rickshaw puller Pravin Chhotenath Goswami (age 37) wife Sita (age 27) and two children at Geetanagar near Chorayasi Dairy in Surat. Two days back, Sita had hanged herself in her room by hanging herself with a dupatta. Its information was given to 108 and Limbayat police was declared dead and informed about it. Paulus finds a text in Hindi written on the palm of Sita’s hand, incriminating her husband. Eight years back the deceased was married to Praveen. Police has further investigated on the basis of handwriting.

Padma Awards announced

The President has approved 106 Padma Awards for 2023. Among the awardees, 19 are women. Seven people have been posthumously selected for this honour. The list includes six Padma Vibhushan, nine Padma Bhushan and 91 Padma Shri awardees. Padma Awards are one of the highest civilian honors of the country and are conferred in three categories – Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri.

The list also includes two persons belonging to Foreigner/NRI/PIO/OCI category. In which NRI American mathematician Srinivasa Vardhan got Padma Vibhushan and Canada’s Sujatha Ramadurai got Padma Shri for science and engineering.
