New Delhi. Ashish Mishra, son of Union Home Minister Ajay Mishra, got a big relief on Wednesday. In the Lakhimpur violence case, the Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Ashish Mishra with conditions. A bench of Justice Suryakant Mishra and Justice JK Maheshwari has given its verdict on bail.

8 weeks guarantee with conditions

The Supreme Court has granted bail to Ashish Mishra with conditions of 8 weeks. The court said that Ashish Mishra will have to tell his whereabouts to the court. The court also made it clear that any attempt by Ashish Mishra or his family to influence witnesses and delay the trial could result in cancellation of his bail.

Ashish Mishra will have to leave UP

The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Ashish Mishra on the condition that he will not live in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. He will leave Uttar Pradesh a week after being released on bail.
