Carrot puree is ready. After preparing the carrot puree, add semolina and a cup of water to the grated carrots and mix, add half a teaspoon of salt and keep it covered for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, apply oil to all the sides of the idli and prepare the tempering for the idli. Pour the tempering of idli into the batter and add tempering to the batter of semolina and add one packet of eno and mix, then leave it for five to ten minutes. After that pour the batter in the idli mold one spoon at a time. Cook the idli well with the help of steam for five to seven minutes. Your idli recipe is ready.
