Actually, government advocate Jitendra Rawat told that all the three accused Pulkit Arya, Saurabh Bhaskar and Ankit Gupta were presented in the court. After which the charge sheet filed by the police was argued. During this, Advocate Rawat said that charges have been framed against the three accused in the court under sections 302, 201 of the IPC.
Meanwhile, Government Advocate Jitendra Rawat says that 354A molestation charges have been leveled against the accused Pulkit Arya. However, the court has removed the section 354A registered against Bhaskar and Ankit Gupta. Rawat told that now the next hearing of the matter will be held on March 28. On that day the witnesses of the case will be produced in the prosecution.

At the same time, the advocate said that before this, the bail plea of Arya and Gupta was also heard in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge. However, considering the seriousness of the matter, the court has rejected his bail application. However, a large number of policemen were deployed during the court hearing.

In this, on September 18 last year, Ankita Bhandari, a resident of Pauri, was allegedly murdered by the resort operator Arya along with two of her employees. Tried to push him into business. At the same time, when Ankita opposed this, the accused killed her. In this case, the police had confirmed the murder of Ankita on 22 September. The police said that he was killed by the accused by pushing him into the canal. However, in this case, the owner of the resort Pulkit Arya and his two accomplices including Ankit Gupta and Saurabh Bhaskar were involved. He too was arrested.
