Ban on entry of girls in Delhi’s Jama Masjid, VHP said – mentality of making India Syria

Such an order has been given by the Jama Masjid administration of Delhi, due to which there has been a ruckus on the social media. Actually, an order has been issued by the mosque administration that now girls will not be allowed inside the mosque. Notices have been pasted on its walls.

There is a ban on the entry of girls in Jama Masjid. Notices have also been pasted in this regard. One such notice reads, “Entry of girls or young women alone in Jama Masjid is prohibited.” This notice has been put up by the office of Jama Masjid in Delhi. Along with this, the email ID [email protected] has also been written on the notice. However, why the entry of daughters has been banned has not been disclosed yet.

DCW issues notice to Imam

On the other hand, Delhi Women’s Commission Chairperson Swati Maliwal has sent a notice to the Jama Masjid administration. He tweeted that the decision to ban the entry of women in Jama Masjid is completely unfair and wrong. A woman has the same right to worship as a man has. I am giving notice to the Imam of Jama Masjid. That’s why no one has the right to ban the entry of women.

Mindset to make India Syria: VHP

Regarding the ban on the entry of women in Jama Masjid, Vishwa Hindu Parishad said that these radical thinkers should take a lesson from the incidents in Iran. VHP spokesperson Vinod Bansal said that Muslim fundamentalists who have the mindset of turning India into Syria should take a lesson from the incidents in Iran. On one hand Government of India is trying to empower girls by running many schemes including Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, on the other hand people with such bigoted mentality are preventing them from entering their holy place.

Vinod Bansal questioned Owaisi

Targeting AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, Vinod Bansal said, ‘Where is Bhagyanagar’s flamboyant Bhaijaan who dreams of his sister wearing a burqa becoming the Prime Minister of the country?’ First let them enter the mosque, there is no such mosque in India where women can pray with men. Those who put fetters on the freedom of daughters and their freedom should understand that daughters have reached the moon all over the world but they are not allowed to sit in mosques. Bansal said that instead of banning daughters, these people should change their mindset.
