Woman accused of having sex after meeting on app – abortion by erasing evidence of marriage
Jalandhar Cantonment: A woman from Rajpura, Patiala has accused Amit Khanna of Golden Colony, Cantonment, of refusing to adopt after having a post-marriage abortion. The woman says that after complaining about this to the police station and the ACP, Amit’s parents asked her to resign but now she is being thrown out of the house.
The woman said that she has been married before, due to which there is talk of divorce. About 5 months ago, she met Amit through a matrimonial app. After that the two started meeting each other. Love grew between the two and then Amit gave her a room in Golden Colony near his house. In the meantime she became pregnant. She got married on 25 July in the presence of Amit’s parents at Tulsi Mahavir Mandir Cantonment. After marriage, she was kept locked in the house. Amit aborted her at a private clinic in Kent.
