These people have said that from May 14, agitation will be started across the district in this regard.
City MLA Vitthal Shankar Awasthi, BJP District President Ladu Lal Teli, Vishwa Hindu Parishad Department Minister Ganesh Prajapat, Vijay Ojha, Rajkumar Sharma, Hindu Jagran Manch’s Subhash Baheti, BJP District Spokesperson Kailash Soni today submitted a memorandum to the District Collector and District Superintendent of Police. Demanded strict action.
In the memorandum, the delegation said that on May 10, in Bhilwara, against the accused involved in the murder of Dalit youth Adarsh Tapdia, the nominated report was filed in the police station City Kotwali and immediately after the incident, the police station City Kotwali caught the accused named Tony Pathan from his house. The Kotwal was made to sit in his car. His mobile was confiscated by the Kotwal. Kotwal DP Dadhich Police, Deputy Superintendent Hansraj Berwa, ASI Sabir Mohammad in connivance with the accused and talking to Fazle Rauf alias Lutfi and other people in the middle of the way left Tony Pathan in front of Gopalpura Community Hall in the car of City Kotwali.
The memorandum states that the accused named in the incident, Ibrahim Pathan, was released around 1 pm in the City Kotwali, a social worker, Fazle Rauf, who was the main conspirator in the case, instead of being arrested by the police officers. Went. Due to which all the above police officers are being proved to be in collusion.
The delegation said that after taking investigation action against these police officers, the accused named in the case, despite being involved in the conspiracy, the accused were suspended for absconding and for tampering and concealing facts and evidence and for giving protection to the criminals by doing unlawful acts. Deserves. It has also been said in the memorandum that according to the talks held with the district administration during the Bhilwara bandh on May 11, the fixed compensation amount should be given today itself.
During the talks with the District Collector and the Superintendent of Police, the delegation warned that if the above demands were not accepted today, then from Saturday, May 14, there would be a movement across the district, whose responsibility would be of the district administration.
The role of PFI should be probed – MLA
Talking to reporters, Bhilwara MLA Vitthal Shankar Awasthi said that even during the Bhilwara bandh, PFI tried to spoil the atmosphere. The assault on school children in Subhashnagar by a youth of a particular community is the result of this. He may also have a hand in the incidents of tension in the city in the past. The administration should investigate it thoroughly and ban it.
