Maharashtra Political Drama: The politics of Maharashtra is in turmoil at the moment. The split in Shiv Sena seems to have caused a political earthquake. Uddhav Thackeray is trying to save his chair and party. But their efforts have not been successful. According to reports, despite Uddhav Thackeray’s appeal, some more party MLAs revolted and reached Eknath Shinde in Guwahati. Amidst all this, Uddhav Thackeray has called a meeting of Shiv Sena MLAs at 11.30 am today.

Significantly, in the midst of the political crisis in Maharashtra, 5 more Shiv Sena MLAs reached Surat. Out of which Mangesh Kundakkar is currently staying in a hotel in Surat while 4 MLAs have reached Guwahati from Surat. Two more MLAs may come to Surat.

 

According to media reports, Shiv Sena
Four more K MLAs reached the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati on Wednesday night and met the Shinde group. It is reported that two independent MLAs have also reached Guwahati with him. It is said that the MLA left for Guwahati from Surat along with Maharashtra BJP President Chandrakant Patil. The MLAs of Shiv Sena who reached Guwahati include Gulabrao Patil and Yogesh Kadam.

 

Twelve other MLAs were also contacted
In which it has been claimed that three more MLAs of Mumbai may join the Shinde faction by raising slogans of rebellion. If this happens, then the number of Shiv Sena MLAs will increase to 36 with Shinde. There are also reports in the media that other MLAs are in touch with Shinde. Significantly, the Shinde group had sent a letter signed by 34 MLAs to Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. In which it was written that Eknath Shinde is the leader of Shiv Sena Legislature Party.
