Tollywood superstar Mamta Banerjee’s MP in front of ED for the first time, interrogation lasted for 5 hours in cow smuggling case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has questioned Trinamool MP and actor Dev in the animal smuggling case. According to ED sources, Dev was summoned to the ED office in Delhi (New Delhi ED office) on Tuesday. There he was interrogated. Dev’s name has come up in the statements of many witnesses. Dev’s statement was recorded in this regard. The data was verified. The CBI had questioned Dev earlier as well. CBI sources claimed that earlier in the cow smuggling case, the statements of several witnesses had revealed that Dev had financial dealings with the main accused, Inamul Haque. He also took valuable gifts from Inamul several times.
CBI questioned Trinamool MP-actor Dev for five hours in cow smuggling case. What gift did he get from the main accused Inamul? Sources said that many similar questions were asked to Dev. However, the Trinamool MP from Ghatal Dev claimed that he did not know Inamul.
Dev was summoned to the CBI office in Delhi. The actors arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The CBI has also come to know about Pintu Mondal, co-producer of actor-MP Dev, in the cow smuggling case. The CBI had also summoned him. Pintu Mandal was questioned to find out whether money was pumped through Inamul Haque to smuggle cows in a Bengali film.
After Trinamool MP-actor Dev, CBI has summoned veteran Trinamool leader Anubrata Mondal in the cow smuggling case. On 14 February, Anubrata was asked to appear in the Nizam’s Palace for the first time.
