New Delhi: Congress leader Sachin Pilot has started discussions with MLAs in Rajasthan amid the refusal of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to become the president and the announcement of Ashok Gehlot to file his candidature. Pilot is eyeing the vacant chief minister’s seat in Rajasthan.

According to sources, Sachin Pilot has started talks with Congress MLAs of all factions. This includes those MLAs who were once considered his staunch opponents. At the same time, it is being seen as a sign of changed political equations. Sachin Pilot seems to be active after meeting Rahul Gandhi. The final decision in this regard will be taken only after the announcement of the new Congress President on October 19.
