Rajkot: Country’s first woman IPS officer Kiran Bedi visited Rajkot district jail, know what she said after the visit
Rajkot: India’s first woman IPS officer, former head of Delhi’s Tihar Jail and former Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Pondicherry Kiran Bedi visited Rajkot District Jail. He also participated in the National Youth Conference of Shri Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Rajkot as the Chief Guest.
Addressing prisoners from jail radio station
Kiran Bedi visited the prison in which she visited the departments including the library in the district jail and also addressed the inmates from the radio station set up for the prisoners in the district jail. Under Idea Vision Foundation, he provided guidance to prisoners on how to get out of jail after their release. Officials including KLN Rao and Rajkot District Jail Superintendent Banno Joshi were present.
