Raipur: One has to learn to be happy to avoid stress: Brahmakumari Rashmi

Raipur, August 5 (H.S.). To avoid stress, one has to learn to be happy always. No matter how big the problem comes in life, if you smile then the stress ends. For this, we have to find the hidden happiness in every small and big thing. At present, stress and depression have emerged as a big problem in the world.

This view was expressed by Raja Yoga teacher Brahmakumari Rashmi Didi while addressing the jawans of Central Reserve Police Force Arang on Friday. Deputy Commandant Priya Ranjan Gupta, Brahma Kumari Savita Didi, Aditi Didi and Diksha Didi were present in the program organized by Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya for CRPF personnel at Odka village. On this occasion, the jawans were made sweet and rakhi was tied.

Brahma Kumari Rashmi Didi further said that thinking too much in vain creates tension. Problems will come, it is not in our control. But if we learn to keep our mind calm with the help of Raja Yoga meditation, then the tension will end. We have to keep positive thinking.

Brahma Kumari Savita Didi said that this year is very important because this year we are celebrating the nectar festival of freedom. Many programs will be organized on the Amrit Mahotsav from August 11 to 15 at Brahmakumari Sansthan. But consider whether we are really free. We got freedom from the British but we have become slaves of lust, anger, greed, attachment, ego and addictions. Only by getting rid of them will one get freedom in the true sense. Selfishness has entered our relationships. Man has become insecure from man. In such difficult times, the divine work of making people viceless and pure is being done by the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, through the Brahma Kumaris Sansthan.

CRPF Deputy Commandant Priya Ranjan Gupta told that he is in touch with Brahma Kumaris Sansthan from his student life. From time to time, he also participates in the programs of Brahma Kumaris. The moral and spiritual values taught here are very useful and life becomes happy after adopting it. The tension also goes away. This education will prove to be very useful especially for the new soldiers.
