Presidential election 2022: Draupadi Murmu cleans the temple before worship, Center gives Z + security

The Center has provided Z+ security to the NDA’s presidential candidate, Draupadi Murmu, to the CRPF commandos. Officials gave this information on Wednesday. A senior official told PTI that the armed forces took over the security of 64-year-old Draupadi Murmu in the early hours of Wednesday.

It is noteworthy that BJP national president JP Nadda announced the candidature of Odisha party leader Draupadi Murmu at a press conference after the party’s parliamentary board meeting in Delhi.

Draupadi Murmu worshiped

Draupadi Murmu offered prayers at the Jagannath temple in Rairangpur, a day after the presidential candidate was announced. So he cleaned the Shiva temple before worshiping here.

Who is Draupadi Murmu?

Born on 20 June 1958, Draupadi Murmu was the Minister of State for Fisheries and Livestock Development in Odisha from 2000–2002 and with independent charge of commerce and transport from 2000–2002 during the Bharatiya Janata Party and Janata Dal coalition government, and from 6 August 2002 to 16 May. 2004. He was a former minister of Odisha and MLA from Rairangpur Legislative Assembly from 2000 to 2004. She also became the first woman governor of Jharkhand.

Hence she is the first woman and tribal leader of Odisha to reach the post of Governor. So after being elected, Draupadi Murmu will become the first tribal president and second woman president of India. Apart from this, he will also be the first President of Odisha.
