Many websites affected due to cloudflare system glitch
New Delhi, 21 June (H.S.). A glitch in the systems of Internet-connected network transit, proxy and security provider Cloudflare affected several webpages around the world on Tuesday.
Security firm Cloudflare Inc confirmed on Tuesday that hundreds of web pages around the world were temporarily affected by an ‘error’.
The company gave information on its website and said that connectivity in Cloudflare’s network has been disrupted in wide areas. The company said that customers trying to access Cloudflare sites in the affected areas are seeing a 500 ‘error’.
Cloudflare tweeted at 12.24pm on Tuesday saying that its team is aware of current service issues and is working to resolve them as soon as possible. At around 1.38 pm the website reported that the problem has been resolved.
Earlier in the day, a large number of internet services were affected including FTX, Discord, Omagle, NordVPN and Fiddly.
