Full of energy, even at the age of 71, PM Modi has the ability to do more work than any youth… Even at this age, PM Modi works for 18 hours and never takes leave. Prime Minister Modi keeps himself so fit with a disciplined lifestyle full of simplicity. In which yoga has the biggest contribution.

1. Exercise Narendra Modi since childhood:
Prime Minister Modi started being aware of fitness since childhood. PM Modi used to swim in Sharmishtha lake every day as a child.

2. Adolescents Connected to Yoga: Narendra Modi as a Teenager
Had joined the Bal Swayamsevak of RSS. Where he used to do Surya Namaskar every day. After that he came in contact with many great monks. Here these sages and saints taught him Pranayama. Narendra Modi has never given up the habit of exercise since childhood.

3. When he was the CM of Gujarat, he used to do yoga with the entire cabinet:
When Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he used to specially call Dr. Nagendra. And kept doing some yoga with his entire cabinet under his supervision from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

4. Even after becoming the Prime Minister, the tradition of Yoga continues:
PM Modi’s rule is that even at this age, he does not get more than 5-6 hours of sleep. He wakes up between 4-5 hours in the morning and then does yoga. Yoga keeps PM Modi’s body so fit that he can work continuously for 14 to 16 hours without stopping. Surya Namaskar and Pranayama are his favorite asanas. PM Modi does Sukhasana, Padmasana, Ustrasana, Vajrasana.

5. PM Modi gave international fame to Yoga:
PM Modi has an old relationship with yoga. Yoga got international recognition due to the efforts of PM Modi. Since then, June 21 has been observed as International Day of Yoga across the world.
