Fatehabad: Officer to investigate the feasibility of nursing college in Ratia and Jakhal: MLA Napa
Fatehabad, June 24 (H.S.). Ratia MLA Laxman Napa and Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Kumar took officials to prepare a blueprint for development works in minority-dominated development blocks under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram Yojana. He discussed the development works to be done in two blocks Ratia and Jakhal of the district.
MLA Laxman Napa asked the officials to prepare and send proposals for development works at the earliest so that Rs. The MLA said that ITI has been approved in Ratia, for which Rs 502 lakh has also been approved. Department should start work on this soon. Check the feasibility of setting up nursing colleges in Jakhandadi and Aharwan villages of Ratia block and if this project is practical, then make its proposal as soon as possible. Apart from this, the feasibility of nursing college should also be checked in village Dheera of Jakhal block. The MLA asked the officials to prepare proposals for providing clean drinking water in the villages. Apart from this, he told the Education Department that if hostels are to be built in schools and colleges, then prepare a proposal for that too.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Kumar directed the officers of all the departments to send their proposals to the departments which have to get the work done under this scheme in Ratia and Jakhal Khand. Under minority-dominated development blocks, solar lights are to be installed in all government schools and colleges, panchayati buildings and bus stand, Ratia and Jakhal in two blocks of the district, Ratia and Jakhal. The decision to send a proposal for this also was taken in the meeting. In the meeting, construction of science block and multipurpose hall in women’s college of Ratia, construction of MP Soutar school buildings, construction of halls in sports stadium of Ratangarh and Jakhandadi, multipurpose hall in Ratia city, construction of toilets on accessible toilet model in Ratia and Jakhal city. It was agreed to send proposals for construction of community centers in 16 villages of Jakhane, construction of building in Government Girls Senior Secondary of Ratia, various development works in schools of Jakhal block.
Under this scheme, proposals have been sent by the Education Department to get various development works done in 43 schools of Ratia block at a cost of Rs.10 crore. The Deputy Commissioner asked all the heads of departments to prepare this proposal in three days and send it to the office of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad.
