Driving License New Rules: Changes in driving license rules, ‘these’ are the new rules

Mumbai: If you are going to get driving license then this news is very important for you. This is because the central government has made a big change in the rules of driving license. So if you are thinking of getting a new driving license, then definitely check these rules once. Let us know what are these rules.

The government has changed the driving license rules. Under the new rules, now you will not have to go to the RTO and give any kind of driving test. Now you have to register for driving license in any recognized driving training school. Applicants will have to take training from Driving Training School and pass the test there. Applicants will also be given a certificate from Driving School. The driving license will be issued to the applicant on the basis of this certificate.

The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has notified the rules, which came into force this month. With the new change, billions of people included in the waiting list of RTO for driving license will get a big relief.

 

Driving Training School Rules

1) The training center for two wheelers, three wheelers and four wheelers should have at least one acre of land. Medium and heavy passenger vehicles or trailers require two acres of space.

 

2. Trainer should be at least 12th pass and should have at least five years driving experience, good knowledge of traffic rules.

3. The ministry has also introduced the syllabus. The duration of the course for driving a light motor vehicle will be a maximum of 4 weeks to 29 hours. The syllabus of these driving centers will be divided into 2 parts.

4) It will take 21 hours to learn to drive on rural roads, highways, city roads, reversing and parking, uphill and downhill. The entire course will be of 8 hours and will cover road rules, traffic education, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid and driving fuel efficiency.
