Common people of Pakistan are not enemies of India: Sharad Pawar
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Sharad Pawar said that ordinary Pakistani citizens are not enemies of India. Pawar had reached Pune’s Kondhwa area yesterday to attend the Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations. During this he talked about the relations between India and Pakistan. Pawar praised former Pakistan PM Imran Khan without naming any leader.
He said that a young leader of Pakistan tried to show the way to the country but he was thrown out of power. Referring to the Russo-Ukraine war, Pawar said that there is a strange situation in the world. On one hand, a powerful country like Russia is attacking a small country like Ukraine. Whereas in Sri Lanka, youth have taken to the streets to protest against inflation.

The NCP leader said that in the neighboring country Pakistan where we have brothers. A young PM tried to lead the country but he too was thrown out of power. Pawar had gone to Pakistan during Imran’s rule in Pakistan. Sharad Pawar further says that the common people of Pakistan are not the enemies of India. Instead, those who want to do politics and gain power with the help of the military are in favor of struggle.
People need relief from inflation
Earlier, Nationalist Congress Party President Sharad Pawar had said that people in the country need employment and relief from inflation, but some people are trying to spread hatred in the name of caste and religion.
