Mumbai: When you go to the market, go out with your bag, because now if you go everywhere to ask for plastic bags, you will not get it. This is because the use of plastic has been banned. If you are seen using plastic bags then you may have to pay a heavy fine.
This is a big decision to ban single use plastic. The use of thin single-use plastic bags has been banned from July 1. Therefore, both the seller and the buyer of these bags may face severe penalties.

Apart from this, a list of invitations made of plastic, cigarette packs, plastic and plastic wedding cakes, plastic or PVC banners and stirrers of less than 100 microns have been issued.
