Agneepath Scheme: Big announcement of these states for firefighters to hit the youth who spread violence
Mumbai: The Defense Ministry held a press conference after the ongoing protests in many parts of the country against the Centre’s Agneepath plan. It is clarified that the Agneepath scheme will not be withdrawn and all recruitments will be done under this scheme. The first batch of 25,000 firefighters will join forces in December.
Lt Gen Anil Puri said that the coaching institute operators have instigated the students to agitate against Agneepath. The firefighter will swear that you have not committed any act of vandalism or vandalism. No one will join the army without police verification.
“The youth need to be physically fit so that they can join us for training,” Puri said. We had no idea of the recent violence over this plan. There is no place for indiscipline in the armed forces. All have to give in writing that they are not involved in any kind of arson/violence.
Appointment of Agniveer in Navy
According to the Indian Navy, the first naval fire brigade will reach INS Chilka in Odisha from November 21. Male and female firefighters will be allowed for this. The Indian Navy currently has 30 women officers on board various ships of the Indian Navy. Vice Admiral Dinesh Tripathi said, “We have decided that women will also be recruited under the Agneepath scheme who will also be deployed on warships.”
Anil Puri said that the three Chiefs of Army Staff and CDS together saw the average age of armies of all the countries of the world. The process of change in the army is going on since 1989. The average age of the army was 32 years, our target was to reduce it to 26 years. The army needs youth. Along with passion, there is also awareness.
The day Agneepath was announced, there were two announcements, the first one and a half lakh jobs across the country and 46,000 posts in the army as Agniveer, but only reached 46,000 people.
In the next 4-5 years, the number of our soldiers will be 50-60 thousand and then it will increase from 90 thousand to 1 lakh. We started with a small group of 46,000 to analyze the plan and build infrastructure capacity.
The post-announcement changes were not out of fear, but they were all pre-arranged. There has been a change in age due to the lockdown in the Corona period.
The press conference was attended by Additional Secretary, Military Affairs, Lt Gen Anil Puri, Indian Army Adjutant General Lt Gen Bansi Ponnappa, Indian Navy Chief Vice Admiral Dinesh Tripathi and Air Marshal Suraj Jha, Personnel Inn.
