8th International Yoga Day: Yoga programs at many places in the city
Jodhpur, 21 June (H.C.). Several programs were organized in the city on International Yoga Day. Yoga was practiced since morning. Yoga practice was conducted by various service organizations and social organizations. From children to elders participated in this program. The main event took place at Umaid Stadium.
On the occasion of 8th International Yoga Day, Yoga Day and Yoga practice program was organized in the Central Office premises of the University this morning under the joint aegis of Jai Narayan Vyas University’s Yoga Center and Punjab National Bank. The program was presided over by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. K.L.Srivastava did it. Dinesh Mittal, Deputy General Manager, Jodhpur Zone PNB as the chief guest, Prof. S. K. Meena, Director, Sports Board of Vyas University as a special guest, and Dilip Patnaik, senior officer of PNB as a special guest. In this program, under the guidance of Kamlesh Kumar and Tushar, the teachers, staff, students and employees of the bank practiced Asana, Pranayama and Yoga.
Similarly, following the general yoga protocol issued by the Ministry of AYUSH on the theme of International Yoga Day, Yoga for Humanity by District Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur Metropolitan, Secretary Surendra Singh Sandu, in District and Sessions Court Complex, Jodhpur metropolis. Organized Yoga Camp. Judicial officers, employees and advocates of Jodhpur Metropolitan Jurisdiction participated in the camp. The live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address was shown on the occasion. International Yoga Instructor Manish Gyanchand Goyal performed yoga for the judicial officers, employees and advocates of Jodhpur Metropolitan Jurisdiction.

8th International Yoga Day was celebrated in the Assistant Training Center, Border Security Force on Tuesday morning in the Assistant Training Center of the Border Security Force, on this occasion, the Head of the Assistant Training Center, Border Security Force, Jodhpur, Madan Singh Rathod, 8th International Yoga under the chairmanship of Inspector General Day program was organized.
Yogendra Singh Rathod, Commandant, (Chief Instructor) A total of 525 personnel, including officers, subordinate officers, other personnel and new constables, along with the watchdogs and children of the institute participated enthusiastically on this occasion.
Volunteers of Yoga Alliance Society and members of Rotary Club Garima also participated in the program. On this occasion, the Inspector General said that Yoga is the art and science of leading a healthy life. The purpose of doing yoga is to attain self-knowledge and remove all kinds of physical and mental disorders.
