To store the chutney, keep it in a cool and dry place. For this, fill it in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge. Also, do not fill the jar completely with sauce, leaving half an inch of space. Pour a thin layer of oil over the chutney. Because oil helps to seal the chutney and prevent spoilage.
