Ingredients of Buckwheat Paratha
1 cup buckwheat
1 medium green chilli
rock salt as needed
Ghee
1 large potato
water as needed
1/4 tsp black pepper
Buckwheat Paratha Recipe
Step 1- First prepare the stuffing
Boil the potatoes till fully cooked. Now peel it and mash it well in a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, salt and pepper. mix well.
Step 2- Prepare the Dough
Take buckwheat flour in a bowl. Add salt as per taste. Add warm water in batches and knead the dough.
Step 3- Prepare the Stuffed Balls
Now make small balls from the dough and roll them. Stuff each one with stuffing and seal the edges to make stuffed balls. Wrap the parantha in flour and roll it well.
Step 4- Prepare the Parathas
Now heat a griddle and put the stuffed paratha in it. After a minute turn it to the other side. Put some ghee and let it cook. Now flip again and sprinkle more oil. The paratha is ready when it turns golden brown from both the sides. Repeat the process to make more such parathas.
