To prepare saffron, turmeric is first needed, that is, organically grown turmeric root is used to prepare saffron. Turmeric should be cut into thin pieces, washed thoroughly and dried in the sun. Dry the chopped turmeric properly in the sun and take it out in a utensil and lemon juice is also needed to make saffron at home. Apart from this, whiteness and rhinestone are also used in the preparation of saffron.

To prepare saffron in half a kilo of turmeric, 75 grams of white should be mixed. (The white slurry is specifically for making saffron and you can buy it from granthi stores) 5 grams of crystals are used for this. Crystal should be used after grinding it. About 350 ml of pure lemon juice is used for this.

How to prepare Pure Saffron:
First of all, mix bleach powder and lemon juice in a container and mix it well. Till then mix. Now add dry turmeric pieces (piece) to it and mix. Mix it well with hands otherwise the lemon juice will remain at the bottom and you will see that the turmeric color of this mixture will change with your hands. Or let it soak until the turmeric and lemon juice mix. (Half an hour) After the lemon juice is absorbed well in turmeric stalk or turmeric piece, it should be dried again on a mutuga leaf or banana leaf. It should not be dried in the sun, it should be dried in shade. It should be dried in shade for about a week.

Kumkum

After the turmeric pieces have dried, grind them finely in the mixer. Sieve the ground mixture through a sieve. Now the saffron powder is ready, because it is very loose, add 50 grams of desi ghee to it and mix it again. Now pure saffron is ready, you can keep it in a glass vessel or brass vessel and no chemical has been used in it, its smell is also amazing.
