Material :
coriander leaves
Peppermint
a finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves
salt to taste
Method :
First of all, break mint and coriander leaves and wash them thoroughly.
Now put mint leaves in the mixer and then add onion, garlic and salt to it.
Now add some water to it and grind all the three things in a mixer.
Prepare chutney by adding as much water as you want to keep it thick.
Delicious onion mint chutney is ready. Now serve it with poori paratha.
