Coconut Paneer Ingredients

250 g paneer

1/2 cup fresh cream

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp turmeric

5 tbsp grated coconut

2-3 tomatoes finely chopped

2 finely chopped onions

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chili

1 tsp paneer masala

3-4 green chilies

2 bay leaves

little oil

salt to taste

Coconut Paneer Recipe

To make coconut paneer, cut the paneer into cubes. Now put oil in a pan and put it on the gas. As soon as the oil is hot, lightly fry the paneer pieces. Now take out the paneer and keep it aside. After this add cumin and bay leaf and fry in hot oil. Then add clove, cardamom and ginger garlic paste to it. Now after frying for 1 minute, add onion. When the onions become light golden, add tomatoes and fry.

When the tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, garam masala and paneer masala and fry them. Now add grated coconut and red chili to it. After cooking for about 2-3 minutes, add cream to this mixture. After stirring for a while, add fried paneer, salt and water as required. Now cook the gravy till it thickens. Your coconut paneer is ready, garnish with grated coconut and serve.
