- Red Lentil
- Chickpea lentil
- neem powder

How to make Homemade Body Polishing Powder
1 First of all, in a blending jar, mix green moong dal, masoor dal and chana dal in proper quantity and make a fine powder.
2 Now take it out in a vessel and add neem powder and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
Store this Ayurvedic powder. Now take out this powder in a bowl before taking bath and prepare a paste of normal consistency by mixing appropriate amount of rose water or milk in it.
4 For body polishing, wet the body and apply the prepared paste on all parts of the body including feet, hands, neck, abdomen and back.
5 Then with the help of this paste, massage all the parts of the body with light hands.
6 Now leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then clean the skin with normal water.
7 Keep in mind that after body polishing, do not use chemical-rich products like soap, or body wash.
