Tadasana:

Tadasana is one such yogasana that children can do very easily. Tadasana is a better way to straighten the spine and increase height. To do this, first of all, stand with both feet together or leave a distance of 10 cm between them. Keep the hands straight at the side. After this, keeping the body stable, keep the weight of the body on both the feet. Slowly raise your hands above your head and point the palm towards the sky, keeping the fingers of the palm facing each other. Simultaneously, lift your entire body in such a way that the toes are extended till the tips of the fingers. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Then return to normal posture. Do this asana 4 to 5 times at a time. Do this asana regularly for children.

Dhanurasana:

This asana increases the height of children and also strengthens the digestive system. Strengthens muscles. To do this asana, lie down on the mat on your stomach. Now bend your legs at the knees. Then hold your ankles with both hands. After this, while inhaling, raise your chest. Lift your neck and look up. In this way your body will appear in the shape of a bow. During Dhanurasana, lift the body in such a way that only one part of the stomach touches the ground. Get back to normal after a while. Do this asana 4 to 5 times.

tree seat

By sitting on trees and plants, the height of the children increases and the thighs, ankles and spine get strong. Concentration is also high. To do this asana, first of all, stand straight in the position of Tadasana. Now bend the right knee and place the right toe on the left thigh as far as possible. When the body is balanced in this position, raise the hand above the head and join both the hands in the posture of Namaskar. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Then return to normal posture. Then bend the left leg and place it on the right thigh. Thus repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times with both the legs. Make your children practice this asana regularly.
