Yoga for Summer: To keep your body naturally cool in summer, do these 3 asanas
Yoga for summer: AC or cooler not only work to provide relief from heat, but certain types of asanas also work well to keep the body cool. Therefore, whenever you feel excessive heat, try the asanas mentioned here and tell whether it is beneficial or not.
1. Sheet Pranayama
Keep the head, neck and spine straight and sit in a relaxed posture.
To do this pranayama, open your mouth. Now make a vein in the tongue and breathe through it slowly. Then close your mouth and hold your breath for a while.
Then exhale through the nose.
Do this 8-10 times.

2. Big corner
How to do
Sit in Dandasana. Now bend the knees and keep the feet close to the torso by the stairs.
Spread the thighs and bring the knees close to the ground.
Keeping the spine straight, try to hold it while breathing normally for one to five minutes. It can also be done on the back.

3. Sheetalak Pranayama
How to do
Sit comfortably with your head, neck and spine in a straight line.
Close your teeth and breathe. After holding it for some time, close your lips and exhale through your nose.
Do this 8-10 times.
precaution
Do not do this asana if you have asthma.
Do not do this even if you have a cold.
Avoid doing this asana even if the blood pressure is low.
Note:- Cold and cooling pranayama should be done only after two hours of eating food.
