1. Eating before yoga-

There are many people who leave the house after eating something for yoga class. Experts say that refrain from eating anything for 2-3 hours before yoga. Doing yoga after a meal can cause cramps in the body. There may also be complaints of nausea or vomiting. Actually, food is not digested so quickly in the stomach. This causes vomiting while doing yoga.

2. Do not hide the injury from the yoga instructor-

Tell your trainer immediately if you have any bruises or bruises on your body or if you are doing any asanas while doing yoga. Such things can be extremely dangerous for you.

3. Mobile phone-

Mobile phone addiction is becoming very dangerous for human beings. Some people even take yoga classes from their mobile phones. During yoga, your focus should be on one posture. Things like mobile phone can distract you while doing yoga.
