Do not accidentally consume these things with tea

Raw Onion: If you drink tea with food, then be careful not to eat raw onion with tea. Doing so harms both the body and the stomach. Apart from onions, boiled eggs, salad and sprouted grains should not be consumed with tea.

Chickpea flour: Ingredients like salty, fried or cheela are eaten with tea. But it can also be harmful to health. Experts believe that consuming gram flour with tea can be harmful. Because this leads to deficiency of nutrients in the body.

Lemon: The ingredients found in lemon juice should not be taken with tea. This can lead to acidity and diarrhea. Therefore, avoid consuming lemon with tea.

Water: Do not consume anything cold or water with tea. This is because this error also affects your digestion and causes problems of acidity and gas. If you feel thirsty, drink water before tea.

Turmeric: Turmeric or its derivatives should not be consumed with or immediately after tea. This is because the chemical compounds in tea and turmeric cause stomach upset and impair digestion. So don’t make this mistake.
