These measures will be scattered while making rice

Rice is eaten in almost every state of India. In some states only rice is eaten. From simple rice to biryani, pulao and much more. A meal is incomplete without rice. It often happens that rice becomes sticky. You feel embarrassed when the situation comes in front of a guest. You can also make it in cooker. Even during this time sometimes it becomes sticky. This happens when the quantity of rice and water is not right.

Take proper amount of rice and water

The special thing about making any rice is the quantity of water. If you keep these two things in the right proportion then rice will be good. Covered properly, it will withstand a plethora of adversity. If you take 1 bowl of rice with 2 bowls of water, then your grain will become loose. If you are cooking rice in cooker, then take one and a half bowl of water in front of a bowl of rice. By doing this the grains of biryani or pilaf will be scattered.

Add a little lemon juice to the rice

While making rice, add a little lemon juice to it and add a pinch of salt. The rice will be white and open. If you think that adding lemon to rice will make it sour then it is not at all. Rice does not turn sour with a few drops. If one whistle comes, then take the flame of the gas and cook for 5 minutes and if you are making open rice then cook on slow gas.

add ghee or butter

Whenever you make rice, wash the rice thoroughly 3 to 4 times. This will remove the excess starch from the rice and prevent it from sticking to the mace. By adding ghee or butter to the rice made in this way, its taste will also increase.
