Lachha Palak Paratha is not only very tasty to eat but is also very beneficial for health. Today we tell you about the easiest method of making Lachha Paratha.

material needed for

two cups wheat flour
200 grams spinach
3 to 4 tbsp ghee
inch pieces ginger
Green chilli
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/4 tsp carom seeds

How to make Lachha Palak Paratha

First, chop the spinach roughly. Clean and cut ginger and green chilies as well. Now grind all the three things by adding a little water in the mixer. Spinach puree is ready.

Now add spinach puree, two teaspoons of ghee, carom seeds and salt in the flour and knead a soft dough. Keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes so that it sets. After 20 minutes, take out small balls from it and roll out thin round parathas.

Apply ghee on the rolled paratha with a spoon and roll it in a layer. Wrap this roll in a round shape and close it. Wrap the dough in dry flour and roll the parantha into a diameter of 5 to 6 inches. Now grease a hot pan with ghee.

Put the paratha on the pan. When one side is submerged, turn it over and bake it from all sides. Press it with a spatula and bake it on medium heat. Similarly prepare all the parathas. Serve hot paratha with curd, raita, pickle or chutney and eat it.
