In such a situation, if you are also drinking less water, then you also need to pay attention. Especially women may have to face many problems due to lack of water in winter.

 

According to the doctor, pregnant women should take special care of themselves during the winter season. All checks should be done regularly. Eat fruits and vegetables that come in this season. Also keep drinking lukewarm water from time to time. so that you don’t have any problem.

 

Women should take full care of their health along with exercise. Do light exercise regularly. Take a walk and do small household chores. This is good exercise. Walk for at least 30 minutes daily.
